Catch up

It has been a long time since I graced my blog with an update. So much has changed for me within my life since my last update. I am now married. It has been 7 months, almost 8. It was a long journey to trust another person with my heart. I thank God each day that he placed my significant other in my life. It is him who showed me that with patience and faith love still exist. I say this to any woman out here that has been hurt, ran over or stomped on. When God places someone in your life that is meant to stay, you will know. Now I am just looking forward to growing old together and enjoying our lives as one.

Accomplishing Goals, with a little push!

With God and my husband on my side, I have really been looking at life and my future. Goals that I have set for myself are actually coming into play. Things that I speak on, my husband gave me the courage to go after. Having a person in your corned to support you in all of your goals and aspirations is the best. I could not ask for anything else in life.

The Unexpected

Sometimes it is the person you least expect that will deliver a message that is much needed. In life we get so caught up in outside things that we for get about that things that matter the most. One thing that I have been teaching myself is to put my happiness first and above all others. With that, people do get upset. With age I am learning how somethings need to be let go. No need to hold on to the old, when God is preparing you for better!

What makes you HAPPY?

Sometimes in life you have to be faced with a bad situation in order to recognize when the good comes along. Every person has dreams; financial, career and family dreams. sometime we as individuals over look our happiness in order to have the material things. Sometimes we settle for less than we deserve. When you settle you find yourself unhappy. Material things can not keep a person happy for years to come. I call material things "FILLERS" With fillers you are attempting to substitue for the love that is lost or missing. Some people stick around long term so that they have the security blanket. Others stick around to make surrounding family members happy. Just ask yourself a question. Can you stay knowing that your miserable?

Do You Know Your Worth

Do you know your worth,
If you do not know your worth,
How can you expect others to know.
At a certain point in life you should know what you deserve.
Why do people settle?
Is it the fear of being alone?
Many people say that they know what they are worth.
It is not something you can put a price tag on.
Just because a person buys you nice things,wines and dines you does not mean they are worthy of you.
When you put a price tag on things you are only showing that at a cost you can be bought.
Me personally, take they time to know me, grow to love me and respect me.
